Geoffrey Giering, President, formed Giering Investments, L.P. d/b/a Texas Home Buyers (THB) in 1995. THB is a quality, home-remodeling company buying houses and selling homes. Homes, purchased throughout the Houston area, are remodeled, and then either offered as rental properties, or put on the resale market. 

THB’s success as a company is attributed to offering a variety of options to its’ customers through renting, owner financing or outright purchasing a home. 

Mr. Giering maintains full responsibility for all aspects of the operation from hiring office personnel, contractors, sub-contractors, and sales representatives to developing advertising campaigns, supervising accounting, bookkeeping, sales, construction, human resources, purchasing, inventory control and negotiating all Lines of Credit. 

In addition, Mr. Giering formed Priority Investor Loans, PIL, in January 2007 which provides bridge loans for small residential property investors. PIL offers small investors a way to purchase, rehab and sell properties without standard bank financing. PIL was profitable its’ first year in business and continues to remain profitable every month.
